Weekly Meetings Calendar

Meetings, while mundane, help keep us accountable and on track to our goals. Effective meetings both coordinate the team's efforts, but help get projects handled faster with the full strength of a team. Behind them.

Every meeting should 1) have a designated note taker, 2) start with a review of the last week's tasks, and 3) write down the to-do items for when the meeting concludes.

Why Now?

Cody here to speak directly to you. No marketing talk or sales pitch. Just the real deal.

I started in solar with almost no money in the bank, my wife was pregnant, and the only piece of furniture we had in a basement apartment was a bed. We used a cardboard box and lawn chair for furniture. That was in 2015.

If I had waited to get into solar when the time was "right" or "convenient", I would be lightyears behind where I am today. Solar has changed my life and the life of my family in ways that I could have never imagined. But in those early days I thought it would be a 2 maybe 3 year boom and then bust. It's been almost 8 years now since I started and I'm 100% confident that solar is here to stay.

With the passing of the solar tax credit for 12 more years, growth in new housing, and rapid increase in the need for electricity the skills you learn now will always be in demand. We are looking for talented workers and promoting them quickly. The earlier you get in the better. The harder you work the better. I've never met anyone that regretted getting into solar. Come check out our team and let's build the future together.
