Job Requirements

Income Range: $43,000 - $60,000/year

Experience Needed: None

Key Attributes: Hard working, shows up on time, lift upwards of 50 lbs., works well with a team, trainable

Next Position: Foreman
How to Advance
  • Complete Online Training: Must complete both eEquals U training for installers and OSHA's 10 hour course to be considered for a promotion
  • ​Pass Installer Practical Exam: Show that you can complete every part of an install from start to finish.
  • Show Up: Must have over a 95% job completion rate
  • Mentor Sign Off: After a minimum of 1 month on the crew, have your mentor and the project manager sign off on your training.

Job Requirements

Income Range: $49000 - $55,000/year

Experience Needed: Some Construction Experience Required

Key Attributes: Hard working, shows up on time, can lift upwards of 50 lbs., works well with a team, trainable, detail oriented, and can follow complex instructions

Benefits: Weekly Pay, Health/Dental Insurance, 401k, Paid Training, Bonuses

Next Position: Apprentice Electrician
  • Complete Online Training: Must complete both eEquals U training for installers and OSHA's 10 hour course to be considered for a promotion
  • Complete Electrician Mentorship: Spend 2 months working with the training electrician while studying to pass practical electrical exam

Apprentice Electrician

Job Requirements

Income Range: $52,000 - $69,000/year

Experience Needed: 6 Months as Electrician in Training

Key Attributes: Hard working, shows up on time, can lift upwards of 50 lbs., works well with a team, trainable, detail oriented, and can follow complex instructions, work independently

Benefits: Weekly Pay, Health/Dental Insurance, 401k, Paid Training, Bonuses

Next Position: Journey Man Electrician
  • Complete Online Training: Must complete both eEquals U training for installers and OSHA's 10 hour course to be considered for a promotion
  • Complete Electrician Mentorship: Spend 2 months working with the training electrician while studying to pass practical electrical exam
